Return & Exchange Policy
At Nakoda’s Boutique, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility Criteria for Return/Exchange
A return or exchange request will be approved only if ALL conditions are met:

Request is raised within 4 days of delivery.

Item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in perfect condition.

Original brand tag/label, invoice, and complete packaging are returned.

Product is not part of our “Non-Returnable Items” list.
If any of the above conditions are not met, the request will be declined.
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene & safety reasons, these items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Accessories (jewellery, belts, caps, socks, scrunchies, etc.)

Sale or discounted products
-
Customized or altered items
-
Items damaged due to customer handling
Return Process

Raise a return request within 4 days of delivery.

Our team will verify and approve/reject within 24–48 hours.

If approved, pickup will be arranged.

After product reaches our warehouse, it will go through quality check (QC).

If passed, a credit note will be issued.
-
If QC fails, the product will be returned back to the customer.
Exchange Policy

Exchange is allowed only once per order/product.
-
Exchange is processed only if the product meets return eligibility.
-
Exchange is available for size issues or damaged items (with unboxing video).
-
If the required size/product is unavailable, a credit note will be issued.
Credit Note Policy
-
No refund will be issued under any circumstance.

All approved returns receive a store credit (credit note) only.

Credit note validity: 90 days from date of issue.
-
One-time usable, non-extendable, non-transferable.
If the credit note is not used within 90 days, it will expire automatically.
Return Rejection Reasons
Your return will be rejected if:

Returned without tag/label/packaging
-
Product is used, washed, altered, or damaged
-
Fragrance, perfume, makeup, or stains found
-
Different or wrong item returned
-
Return request raised after 4 days
Rejected returns will be shipped back at customer’s cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Jurisdiction
All disputes, claims, or legal matters arising from the use of this website or from any transaction with Nakoda’s Boutique will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
By accessing or using this website, the customer/user agrees to this jurisdiction clause and accepts that Indore courts shall have exclusive authority over all legal proceedings.
