We currently ship all over India.

International shipping is available for select countries. (For details, kindly contact us before placing an order.)

🚚 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

📦 Delivery Timeline

Domestic (India): 5–9 business days after dispatch.

International: 10–20 business days (depending on location & customs clearance).

Note: Delivery may be delayed during festivals, holidays, sales, or courier issues beyond our control.

Courier partners make 3 attempts.
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, re-shipping charges will apply.

Incorrect Address

Nakoda’s Boutique is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items

Share an unboxing video for support within 24 hours of delivery.

🔎 Tracking Orders

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking details.

You can track your parcel directly using the courier’s tracking link.

Please provide the correct shipping address and phone number to avoid delays.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services, natural events, or customs. 

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, re-shipping charges will apply.
